Connector for PVE and the PVE Directory Manager to deliver
fax images and index files into the PaperVision Enterprise
document repository. The TargetFax Connector for PaperVision
Enterprise automatically generates its own index file with
each received fax and provides customized file naming conventions
based on directory names, file names, delimited segments of
file names, file modification date or time. Papervision Enterprise
Directory Manager automates the importation and indexing of
electronic files from the fax machine directly into the document
and content management system. Once documents are in the Electronic
Documents Management System (EDMS), they can be managed using
all of the functionality of PaperVision Enterprise, including
powerful version control and document check-in/check-out features,
elegant visual and textual annotations, and document and user
level security settings.
