Onsite Installation
Fax Technology field engineers are available to install, configure, test the TargetFax software and fax hardware at your location. Onsite installation services are billed on a estimated daily rate and payable with software purchase. Prior to any onsite engagement, a proper scope of work must be completed and signed off in advance by both organizations.
Remote Installation
Through the use of PC Anywhere, VPN Fax Technology field engineers are available to install, configure, test the TargetFax software and fax hardware at your location. Remote installation services are billed on a estimated hourly rate and payable with software purchase or credit card at a separate time and date. Prior to any remote services or training, a proper scope of work or documented agreement must be completed and signed off in advance by both organizations.
