Onsite Installation
Fax Technology field engineers are available to install,
configure and test the TargetFax software and fax hardware
at your location. Onsite installation services are billed
at an estimated daily rate and payable with software purchase.
Prior to any onsite engagement, a proper scope of work must
be completed and signed off in advance by both organizations.
Remote Installation
Through the use of PC Anywhere and other remote access connections (including secure VPN), our field engineers are available to remotely install, configure and test the TargetFax fax server software & hardware located at your facility. Remote installation services are billed on an 'as used' basis with a 4 hour minimum. Services are typically payable with a credit card prior to the date of services. Before any remote services or training, a scope of work is completed and signed off to ensure the customer and One Touch have agreed to the final solution and implementation plan.
