TargetFax Initial Support - For the
first 30 days following the purchase of TargetFax, One Touch
Global will provide, free of charge, technical assistance
for problems you encounter during the installation or normal
operation of the TargetFax software, to ensure your system
is functioning properly. The initial 30 days of technical
support is not intended to be a substitute for step-by-step
implementation services or training. TargetFax Initial Support
begins with the submission of our Technical Support Request
Form.
TargetFax Premium Support - begins with the submission of our Technical Support Request Form and includes the following services:
- Telephone, email and fax access to technical support for up to two designated customer contacts for a single TargetFax server.
- Support for all purchased TargetFax software components
- Upgrades to the TargetFax software including; hot fixes, service
packs, "point" upgrades and full version upgrades of all
TargetFax software purchased.
The term of the TargetFax Premium Support plan begins with
the date of invoice for the plan and continues for 1 year.
Hours of support are - 8 A.M. to 5 P.M., Monday through Friday,
excluding Holidays and after hours where agreed upon in writing
between TargetFax Technical Support and Customer. The cost of TargetFax Premium support is either 20% of the total list price of the software or $795, whichever is greater.
TargetFax Per Incident Support - begins with the submission of our Technical Support Request Form and includes the following services:
- Telephone, email and fax access to technical support for
TargetFax software covered by this support plan
- Support for all purchased TargetFax software components
- Software upgrades are NOT included with per incident support
The term of a TargetFax Per Incident Support plan begins
with the date of invoice for the plan and continues for a
duration of 1 year. Hours of support are - 8 A.M. to 5 P.M.
PST Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. The cost is
$225 per hour (2 hour minimum).
TargetFax Remote Services Support - begins
with the submission of our Technical Support Request Form.
This option is available for installation and configuration
purposes, as a supplement to the existing support options.
Payment is required prior to services rendered. An experienced
technical engineer will log into your TargetFax System remotely,
to install, configure and test the system prior to usage.
Software upgrades are NOT included with this option. TargetFax
Remote ServicesSupport begins and ends with the assigned incident
number. Remote Services hours of operation are 8 A.M. to 5
P.M. PST Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. The cost
is $225 per hour (1 hour minimum).
